A Teesside town has launched an appeal to find a bugler to play a key role in the towns Remembrance Sunday commemorations.
Terry Chapman, the recently appointed acting Town Clerk at Yarm Town Council is searching for a bugle player to play “The Last Post” and “Reveille” at Yarm’s Remembrance Sunday event.
The annual remembrance commemorations will commence at 9:30am on Sunday the 12th of September with a service at Yarm Parish Church (Saint Mary Magdalene) on West Street.

After the service there will be a parade along the High Street followed by a service at approximately 10:45am at the War Memorial in front of the Town Hall where the Roll or Honour will be read out followed by the silence and laying of wreaths.
This will then be followed by a march past along the High Street, during which the road will be briefly to traffic.
