Our food critic, Craig Dobson, started out reviewing the Teesside delicacy by creating the famous Parmo Hunters and judging the Parmo World Championships at the annual Stockton Summer Show.
Now, we are looking for someone to become our very own Parmo critic. The successful candidate for this voluntary position will be travelling across Teesside, to review Parmos, and giving them a rating.
You must really like Parmos, and know what makes a good Parmo – you’ll try everything – the Parmo, the chips, the garlic sauce and the salad. After each Parmo, you will write up a detailed review, and add photos.
Good English with the correct spelling, grammar and punctuation are required.
