My name is Malcolm Palmer. I’m an independent candidate for Yarm Town Council. I’ve  had my home in Yarm since 1962. I’m retired but in my working career I reached General Manager level in the hygiene products supply industry serving hospitality, health, education & military sectors. Yarm is my home & I passionately believe it has a wonderful past & a great future. I am apolitical &, if elected, will work with the council & people of Yarm to ensure the best outcomes for  OUR town.
